A pharmacist is the most underused resource in this entire category. They will read a supplement panel against your prescription list in a few minutes, they do it routinely, and in most places it costs nothing. If you take anything regularly, this is the single most valuable step you can take before starting this or any supplement.
A doctor is the right person for anything that has changed. New fatigue, a change in digestion that persists, anything you or your family have noticed. Those are reasons for a blood test, and a blood test answers questions no label can.

The phrase “individual results may vary” appears on almost every supplement page and is usually meaningless boilerplate. On a product like this one it has specific, explainable causes, and they are worth setting out.
The first is baseline status. A nutrient corrects a shortfall. Someone with a genuine B12 shortfall has something to correct and may notice the correction; someone already replete has nothing to correct and will notice nothing. That single difference accounts for more variation than anything else on this panel.
The second is absorption. B12 absorption through intrinsic factor saturates, and the proportion absorbed falls as the dose rises. Magnesium oxide is poorly absorbed in everyone, and how poorly varies between people and with what else is in the gut at the time.
The third is the blend, and it is the one nobody can quantify. Eleven ingredients share 635 mg. Whatever they do, they do at amounts that are not published, which means the variation between one person's response and another's cannot even be described, let alone predicted.
