Gohoneyflush does not take payments and does not store card details. Orders are processed on the marketplace listing's checkout, which collects and holds your payment and delivery information under its own terms. Who this policy covers
This policy covers gohoneyflush.com, operated by Gohoneyflush, the U.S. stocking partner for HoneyFlush, at 232 Madison Avenue, Suite 1200, New York, NY 10016, USA.
It does not cover the checkout you are handed to when you click an order button. That checkout belongs to the marketplace listing and operates under its own privacy terms, which you should read there. We do not see your card details at any point and we do not receive them afterwards.
It also does not cover sites we link to. Where a page links to the NIH, the FDA or a journal, that link leaves this site and their policies apply from that point.

The principles behind this policy
The shortest honest summary of this policy is that we collect very little, because there is very little we need. This site does not take payments, does not hold accounts and does not have a login. It publishes pages and refers buyers to a checkout that belongs to someone else.
That shapes everything below. We never see a card number. We never hold an order record. We do not know what you bought or whether you bought anything, beyond an aggregate count of referrals used to calculate commission.
What we do collect is analytics about which pages are read, and whatever you choose to send us by email. Both are described in the table above, and neither is used to build a profile of you or sold to anyone.
We have also tried to write this in English rather than in the dialect privacy policies are usually written in. A policy nobody can read is not consent, and the legal protection it offers the publisher comes at the cost of the reader understanding anything.

What happens to an email you send us

If it is a correction, it is checked against the source and, if it is right, the page is changed and the last-updated date moves. Corrections are the most valuable messages this address receives and they are prioritised.
If it is an order question, we will tell you to call +1 (302) 200-3480, because that is the desk that can actually see your order. This is not a brush-off; the order desk can resolve in a phone call what we could only relay.
The message is kept while it is needed for the purpose it was sent for. If you want it deleted, say so in the message or in a follow-up, and it will be.

If this policy changes, the version in force is the one published here and the last-updated date at the foot of every page moves forward. We will not email you about a change, because we do not hold a mailing list to email.
How this site is kept secure
This site is served over HTTPS, which encrypts the connection between your browser and the server. That is standard and it is the minimum, not an achievement worth boasting about.
Beyond that, the honest security story is that there is very little here to steal. No accounts, no passwords, no payment data, no order records and no health information. A site that holds nothing sensitive presents a much smaller target than one that does, and choosing not to collect data is a stronger protection than any promise to guard it.
The email address on this site is an ordinary mailbox read by people. Treat it as you would any email: do not send anything you would not want stored in an inbox, and specifically do not send card details or health information, neither of which we need.

How long anything is kept
Analytics are retained in aggregate. Individual page requests are not stored against an identifier, and what remains after processing is a count rather than a record of a person.
Emails are kept while they are needed for the purpose they were sent for. A correction is usually kept longer than a general question, because it forms part of the record of why a page changed, and that record is genuinely useful when the same point is raised again.
Cookie preferences live in your own browser rather than on our server, and clearing your browser storage removes them entirely. That is why clearing cookies makes the banner reappear.
If you want anything we hold about you removed, write to [email protected] and it will be. In most cases the honest answer will be that we hold nothing beyond the message you just sent.
