And the eleven with no number at allUnder those four lines sits the WMG-NVT Exclusive Blend, 635 mg in total, holding eleven more ingredients: cinnamon, ginkgo biloba, bilberry, bacopa monnieri, green tea, berberine HCl, L-theanine, alpha-lipoic acid, GPC choline, lutein and zeaxanthin. Federal law lets a brand group them under one figure, so not one of those eleven amounts is published. Split evenly that is about 58 mg each, and nothing on the label says it is split evenly. Any of the eleven could be a few milligrams.
How the printed HoneyFlush amounts compare to the Daily Value

Off this axis by a factor of twenty-five. The Daily Value is 2.4 mcg, so the percentage is large because the reference is tiny, not because the dose is extreme. B12 is water soluble and the NIH has set no upper limit for it. At doses this far above normal intake, only around one per cent is absorbed.
Percentages of a Daily Value are not a ranking of usefulness. A large percentage on B12 reflects a very small reference value, and a 60% on magnesium reflects a large one. Read the amounts, then the percentages, in that order.

The double dagger against the blend total means Daily Value not established, which is accurate: none of the eleven has one.
Two transcription points. “Alpa Lipoic Acid” is printed as shown; the ingredient is alpha lipoic acid. And bilberry is given as Vaccinium cyanococcus, whereas bilberry is normally Vaccinium myrtillus; cyanococcus is the blueberry group. We reproduce the panel and flag both rather than tidying a manufacturer's label.
Because the eleven are listed in descending weight, cinnamon is the largest and zeaxanthin the smallest. That is the only quantitative information the blend gives you, and it is the reason the eye-health carotenoids at the end of the list cannot be present in a meaningful amount.

BSE-free gelatin. Gelatin is made from animal collagen, so this capsule is not vegetarian and not vegan. BSE-free is a sourcing assurance about bovine spongiform encephalopathy risk, not a statement about diet. Nothing on the front of the bottle indicates this, and it is the single most commonly missed fact on this label.

What exactly is in HoneyFlush?
Four nutrients with printed amounts: folate 600 mcg DFE, vitamin B12 240 mcg, magnesium 250 mg and chromium 120 mcg. Then a 635 mg blend called the WMG-NVT Exclusive Blend holding eleven more ingredients, whose individual amounts are not published.
What is in the WMG-NVT Exclusive Blend?
Cinnamon bark extract, ginkgo biloba leaf, bilberry fruit, bacopa monnieri at not less than 20% bacosides, green tea leaf at not less than 50% EGCG, berberine HCl, L-theanine, alpha lipoic acid, GPC choline, lutein and zeaxanthin. Eleven ingredients sharing 635 mg.
What does WMG-NVT stand for?
We do not know. The blend name appears on the label with no expansion, and nothing in the material we were given explains it. We would rather say that than guess.
Why does the B12 say 10,000% of the Daily Value?
Because the Daily Value for B12 is 2.4 mcg and this serving carries 240 mcg. The percentage is large because the reference figure is tiny. B12 is water soluble, the NIH has set no upper limit for it, and absorption falls sharply as the dose rises.
Is magnesium oxide a good form of magnesium?
It is the cheapest and the least well absorbed of the common forms. A 2017 randomized crossover trial in BMC Nutrition found magnesium citrate more bioavailable than the oxide at the same elemental dose. If magnesium is your main reason for buying, this is not the product.
Is HoneyFlush vegetarian?
No. The capsule is BSE-free gelatin, which is an animal product. It is printed in the other ingredients line and it is easy to miss under a natural wellness headline.
The label says Alpa Lipoic Acid. Is that a mistake?
It looks like one. The ingredient is alpha lipoic acid, a well known antioxidant. We transcribe the panel exactly as printed rather than silently correcting a manufacturer's label, and we flag it here.
Am I taking too many vitamins?
Not from this bottle on its own. B12 and chromium have no upper limit, folate here is inside its limit, and magnesium at 250 mg is 60% of the Daily Value. The real risk is stacking this on top of a multivitamin without reading both panels.
